Scheduled a Zoom meeting. Most employers use Teams, so I was unused to using Zoom. I arrived early to the meeting, but didn't realize I had to click a second link to join (the button was not very obvious, either - easy mistake to make). This made me 10 minutes late to the meeting, and no one ever joined me. I contacted them to let them know what happened. Yet, they ghosted me. If this is how they act about a simple mistake like this which only took a few minutes to resolve, I don't think they'll be a particularly good employer.
