The interviewer joined late, which felt unprofessional. The interview was brief, lasting only 10–15 minutes instead of the scheduled 30, with minimal interaction. It was difficult to gauge engagement, and the experience felt rushed.
Additionally, the HR mentioned that the role would be determined based on where I fit, rather than for a clearly defined position, which made expectations somewhat unclear. I was also asked to complete an animated video and social media assignment before the interview process had progressed, which took approximately two days over a weekend. Despite the time and effort invested, there was no follow-up after submission, even after I reached out. This lack of communication, especially after requesting substantial work upfront, made the process feel one-sided and incomplete.
