Horrible interview process. I worked at three different campuses and you must interview even if switching campuses as an employee! They do 12-14 people panels so many useless questions about 15 questions during interviews. SPED program specialist and principal will grill you and attempt to intimidate you .They require you to provide a recorded lesson, lesson plan, and teach a class in person during interview. Terrible interview process compared to actual credible school districts. Avoid at all cost … very low salaries.
