The recruitment agency informed me about being selected for the initial interview with the HR department of the Aspire Katar Hospitality.
The interview was online, I was waiting for the HR officer as 10 minutes, no apologies for being late.
Unfortunately the agency didn't inform the HR about all my experiences, I had the roles as the management in the F&B and as the F&B trainer, the HR started the interview in the superficial way and was considering my application for the line position, she was arrogant and acting as the candidate is stupid, fresher and the HR can do whatever she wanted as interrupt, putting down, asking the questions related to the Food Safety Management without knowing the right answers, and I had the impression about the tone of the HR officer voice and the manners are not adequate for the HR position. The HR officer started to convince me as per her I have given the wrong answers and her answer was correct, however my answer was right based on the information from all schools related to the Food and Safety Topic. During the interview she tried to act in the same way, superficial. My last answer on her question made her angry that she concluded that I don't know the Psychology.
--Just for the audience information--The psychology I have studied at the International University in Europe, Major: the International Law plus I have completed the courses related to this field in Yale University, USA. And I asked her as well if she knows the Psychology. She said that I am very rude. She just attacked me with the words and was asking if I talk with the guests also like that. And she just closed the camera in front of me. If this HR officer really should work in the Hospitality Industry? She was interviewing the potential colleague, it's the reflection of the company's image how the HR treats the candidate and potential employees, showing the abuse of the HR morals and standards for the Hospitality Industry.
