Aspen Square Management Community Manager interview questions

Applied for 4 different positions within the company. Did not get a response, but I was so excited about the position (offered a lot of travel), I was persistent. Contacted HR, no response. Contacted their "Talent Aquisition Specialist" and finally heard back. I had a video interview which was very easy. At the end, I was told I'd hear back in a couple of days. More like a couple of weeks after I sent 2 emails, I was told they weren't interested in me. I have more than 10 years of Property Management experience and found the process to be weak. Disappointing, when I felt so excited about the position, but even more disappointing to see that they team is not as strong as they present.

The interview process was great! I received a call in response to my application within a couple of days of applying. I had a short phone interview that day, then a Facetime interview the following day and an in person interview the following week. I had received my job offer just a couple of days later. I appreciated the urgency in going through the interview process. Everyone I met with spoke so highly of the company and it showed true after hire.
