Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. The recruiter scheduled an initial phone screen. I had a phone interview with the local head of sales to discuss my ability to demo software and to assess my trading and oil and gas knowledge. I had a follow up interview with the CEO. All interview were from 30 minutes to 1 hour long.

Interview
They had made up their minds before I walked through the door. It was fairly easy and friendly. It was more about who I knew in the industry, what contacts I already knew, and my approach to the job.
