I've been an engineer for ~20 years and this by far is the most organized and well-planned out interview I been in. The initial contact from HR was prompt after I had applied for the position. That means HR does their front end work of sorting through piles of resumes and choosing ones that look fit for the position regardless of any reasons. During the entire day, everyone showed up, very positive, and really gave me time to get to know them. Makes me confident that this is a great place for me. I'm hoping to get an offer soon. My interview was only yesterday..
