First step is an approx. 30 minutes screening by a Talent Acquisition employee. For me it went really smooth, she was a nice person that listened carefully and then described the company and my role clearly. Next one was a 1,5h technical interview where in the first step we get to know about each other (manager and you), then some technical Q/A and finally there's a 30min live coding session. Overall I didn't find it extremely hard although there were questions that I didn't know the answers right away. Luckily, the manager that interviewed me had a great personality and was a great communicator so this part of the process also went smooth. Finally when they assessed you and the other candidates they got back to me and had a final meeting with the first TA employee. She explained me the salary, went into the job description more and then we came up with an offer. I wanted to ask for a bit more as for my salary but they got back to me with a slightly lower one. The reasoning from the manager was on point by the manager so I accepted.
