Interview
This was a position to assistant the principals with administrative affairs. There were two steps for the inteview, firstly talked with the principal in Mandarin then interviewed by another recruiter in English. At the end, they would ask you to do a exam test from home. It cost about 30 minutes.

Question 1
Not much difficult questions, when talked with principal, just like chatting, but she would ask you very detailed information about your background and how you got visa and came to the U.S. The other part of interview in English was just like regular interview, just asked me a couple of very regular questions.
