I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ashton Tiffany in Oct 2011
Interview
The interview process is pretty casual. They ask the basic get to know you questions but I felt there was some difficult questions that I had a hard time answering. I was called back for a second interview but it was mostly a tour of the office and a quick explanation of the job responsibilities. I did not get the position. I wore a dress shirt and tie, I was way over dressed for such an interview and the HR person said so.
A few months later I was called back in to interview for a part-time position. This interview, if I could call it that, was pathetic. My first interview was with an HR person and this, I presume was the hiring manager. He never asked me any specific questions or really tried to see if I was going to be a good fit. He sat me down, said this job is going to be repetitive said a few more things, then I asked more questions than he asked me and he escorted me to the door.
I am glad this company did not hire me. They lack a certain level of professionalism.

Interview
I found this company through ASU Careerlink and I applied for a position. From the get go, these people seemed fantastic, they contacted me and set up and interview. To start, I had an interview and a skill test. I talked with the HR Manager and the person was very kind and personable. We went through a series of questions and thy even allowed me to skip a question and think about it as I answered others. As it turned out, the Owners and the CFO were Brophy/Xavier graduates and that helped me a lot because I am one too. I had a follow up meeting the the CFO and what I think was a controller. They were both extremely nice people and easy to talk with as well. This made the interview process comfortable. I ended up telling them I had another offer pending and they promised to make me an offer as soon as I passed the background check and the drug test. They kept their word and I accepted their offer. The background check was long, it took 6 days or so.
