I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Ashfield (Leicester, England) in Sept 2015
Interview
Extremely rude when I received my feedback. They said my performance was very poor and gave me no positive feedback. I know this is not true since they were often contradicting themselves when providing their feedback and I have passed every other assessment centre I've been to and always had positive feedback.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ashfield (Sheffield, England)
Interview
Full day interview process consisting of 4 elements;
Group debate/discussion whereby you were required to order hobbies allocated at the start of the session
STAR style competency based interview
Role play
Presentation 'what I would bring to the role'
Overall a very friendly day. The recruitment staff aren't aggressive interviewers - just happy having a chat and asking basic interview questions. As far as I know they interview around 20 people at a time on their graduate recruitment days so you're not alone and have plenty of others for support.
