Was contacted through a recruiter. Professional process throughout, and was impressed with the company and it's approach to recruitment. Decided to join based on: 1) Good impression of company through recruitmen process: professional and respectful 2) Good position in niche market, and 3) exciting opportunities in the global market for mission critical communications

Interview
Hired through a recruitmemt agency who acted as a go between from the submission of the application through to the offer. Interview with manager was the following week and a offer another week later. When deliberating the offer, the interviewing manager called to negotiate.
