Standard H.R round, home assignment and technical round for code reviewing.
I got a good treatment overall, they are nice to talk to, but there is too much vagueness.
I don't think their hiring strategy is well defined, and they just end up being massive time wasters.

Das Gespräch war telefonisch und sehr entspannt. Es wurden hauptsächlich Fragen zu meinem Lebenslauf und Wissen gefragt. Am Ende hatte man auch genügend Zeit um seine eigenen Fragen zu stellen.

First round was with the recruiter and it was mostly information gathering and evaluating the personality. Second round was with recruiter and one of the senior engineers where the question was more technical based on my assignment and the last round was with recruiter and the CEO
