You generally go through a recruiter, or in my case I had direct relationships with the managers of the floor I wanted to work for. You meet with manager and supervisor and another nurse or peer.

Tell me about a difficult patient experience and what you did.
super easy, good flow, not so tough questions. They were very supportive during the interview process. Just type up and reherse your lines of why choosing the field/department/specialty and your good traits.
The nurse manager who interviewed me was friendly and made the process less stressful. I was worried about the process, but it was not bad. She asked questions about my background and experience and explained the job to me.

The interview process was very prompt and everyone I talked to was amazing! They were easy to talk to and answered any questions I had. Very prompt and easy to get ahold of via email and calling.
