I had one interview and was told that there will be a 2nd round with the marketing manager (which I did not hear from them again after requesting the status of the position a few times). At the start of the interview I was told to take a short test on your basic ability to analyse a badly structured company outline summary. This too around 20 mins and after that they asked about the problems with that summary and how I would improve it. After that I was asked to present my understanding of the company and what faults would I improve if I was part of a team. The other questions are quite general and not too difficult to answer.
