Interview process fine, waiting for approval for a very very long time. So long that it could be off putting for a lot of people. I would be reluctant to go through the process again.
It was a pretty straightforward two-way interview with one director and one senior engineer. The whole process is 1 hour. Last 10 minutes for Q&A. Interviewers are both friendly and chill.
Interview process was very streamlined, self recorded behavioral questions, chat with senior team members to learn more about ARUP, overall process took 2 months and took place remotely through virtual calls.
The interview felt chill and casual, with a relaxed atmosphere, friendly conversation, and open discussion, making it comfortable to share experiences, ask questions, and connect naturally without pressure or formality.
