Interview
The assessment center hosts were very friendly and welcoming. There was a one on one interview, a technical task and a group exercise along with the an office tour and opportunity talks. I traveled far to get to the assessment and was reimbursed which was helpful for the experience.

Interview
Assessment day was engaging and challenging, what I had expected to get into such a big company. The only thing that I have taken a dislike towards ARUP is their recruitment process. This is the second time I have been offered an interview, both times I have had to wait 6-8 months in the dark. After the interview I only found out I was unsuccessful 3 months later as I was starting a completely new job.
The interview process was easy. The assessment centre has different sections and are time based. So we need not worry about giving the wrong answer, but they assess our thinking process.

2nd Stage: Group Assessment conducted by Microsoft Teams
3rd Stage: Interview
Includes online tours of the office and briefings. Took place over the course of two days. The staff were very helpful.
