Interviewers are nice people. They asked basic interview questions and handed out a quiz about basic structural design concepts. The opportunity was offered on an University internship platform.

The process was challenging but fair and provided a good opportunity to discuss previous experience and problem-solving skills.

First telephone contact and subsequently an online interview with the Head of Structures Department and HR. Introductory and technical questions, but nothing too demanding. Very low salary offer well below the current market.
