Interview
Applied online in early Jan and it took them over three weeks to get back to me just for a Teams screening call with their Arizona-based HR department. Why Arizona for a job in London I've no idea - but the time difference meant that the interview had be held very late in the evening.
An additional problem was that the HR member on the call was very obviously stoned. Now I know that marijuana for recreational use in Arizona is legal - but it was extremely unprofessional to hold a call when under the influence.
It took them a further five weeks to say that I'd got through to the next stage - and then until the 4th of March that I'd not been progressed. Two months just for that plus my experience with HR means I'd have turned down the role anyway due to their slowness and lack of professionalism.

Interview
Initial screening call. Interviewer was disengaged throughout, even going so far as to tell me she was “waiting for her child to come back from school”. Generic questions asked and call was over within 5 mins. Received a “thanks but no thanks” email shortly after. Terrible waste of time.
Straightforward interview process. Initial screening call followed by interview with hiring manager, bid management related task and follow up interview. I didn't think the interviewer was someone that I would have liked to work for.
