If you are invited to interview you are given a set of questions using the STAR system if you score more than anyone else you in theory should get the job, it’s a terrible system open to manipulation by interviews who know who they want and award extra points to those people whilst lowering the score of those they don’t like. If you are a middle aged women you will do well here, if you are a man forget it, you have next to no chance of being promoted or employed. Sexism against men is rife along with large amounts of nepotism. If you are related to someone who worlds there you are almost guaranteed a job.
