Ghosted by recruiter. Had a phone interview, I'm not sure if the recruiter is inexperienced or just totally disorganized and distracted. it wasn't a smooth transition into a conversation, very abrupt and could tell she was just filling in a checklist- I don't think she was even taking notes. no follow up questions, clarification, etc. It was very clunky I met all qualifications, have been in the industry, done the job before... never to hear back again.
