A lot of questions, took a long process to get hired. They wanted to make sure i was committed and know that they expected me to work long hours.
They kept stressing that i had to wear many hats and be able to work without being micro managed. They interviewed me 3 time. Small company. Nice products, they wanted to know if i know much about design.

Interview
skype interview first and then followed by phone internview and then on site interview. i was interview by two people. one is the CEO and the other one is art director. they do have some brand related questions but not hard.
