Completed a phone interview, an in-person interview, and then they sent me home with supplies to do a sculpting project as well as an original crafting project that required the creation of a step-by-step tutorial of how I made it as a companion to the project. I got to keep the supplies, which was nice, but the intensity and amount of unpaid time required to devote to all of the interviewing projects was not proportional to the salary offered (which was $32,000).
