Had a meetup interview with 2 interviewers, one producer and one programmer. It was a weird interview with a disconnect between the producer and myself. The producer asked questions like "how do you delete an update function for a character in Unity." I would answer "I am not sure about Unity, but that sounds like a standard compiler directive." The producer would tell me I am wrong and push me until giving the exact wording of the response that they were wanting. I got that was the impression, the producer was looking for the exact words. The programmer was picking up everything I was putting down, but there was a disconnect with the producer. I figured I would get a standard rejection (but was actually ghosted, it's been a month now), but I would not have wanted to work with a boss with such a disconnect anyhow.
