Interview
2-step interview. First there's a phone interview and second, a teaching demo. They give you some work to complete and prep a lesson. They never let you know what they're looking for, so you're sort of just winging it. They really should be more clear about what kind of teachers they're after. I have years of teaching experience, so I don't know what their issue with me was.
