I applied online. The following week, a recruiter from the company reached out to schedule a phone interview with her. Next, I had a phone interview with the Art Director. Because of the holidays, there was a pause in the interview process so the next step didn't happen until a month later, which was a phone call with the creative director. An on-site interview was scheduled a for a few days after that where I met with 5 members of the team, 1:1 back-to-back (so 3.5 hours total). In the end, they went with someone with more experience. That said, the overall interview process was a positive experience. The recruiter was great to work with and responsive to any questions I had. The team that I met with were great and while I didn't get an offer, I hope to work for them in the future.
