First started with an easy phone screening. Then a technical interview that consisted of technical questions and soft skill questions. I was informed that the next step in the process was a project demonstration with their team.
For the salary they offer, and the kinds of things they ask for in requirements and the interview process, they will never hire anybody.
They are asking for a higher level SWE caliber of skills, but they are paying you less than a junior dev by a mile. Beware. Their team wasn't even aware of some of the languages in the requirements.
