Interview
It was two separate rounds. The first round being a phone call with the Hiring manager which lasted roughly 30 minutes. Then there was the final on-site interview, which was about an hour and a half.

Question 1
What is an obstacle you had to overcome in the past?
Very responsive and easy to coordinate. The interview itself was straightforward and exactly how described. 2 parts, 30 minutes each. One with a manager and one with a director. Heard back a few days later as they had told me. Very easy to coordinate with the team on the offer post interview
Phone interview followed by an in person interview. Typical questions and was easy enough.
Then you shadow a tenured rep for about 30 ish minutes to see how the job is.

Interview
Consisted of 2 phone calls (15 minutes or so), 1 interview on site in Chicago a week or so later (3 hours total). Interview was a 30 minute shadowing, then 2 back to back interviews with 2 of your possible bosses. Received an offer two days later.
