Interview
The online interview consisted of me and the other graduates applying for the roles at all the offices, consisting of an introductory question of name and what we studied and the role we applied for, followed by the simple 2 truths and a lie. We were asked to recall all the information of another applicant, and then questions were opened for us to ask the interviewer.

Interview
Submitted application September 12th.
Received invitation to do online tests on October 25th (6 weeks later).
After that was a group video interview with 10 other candidates.
Interview consisted of everyone introducing themselves and giving 2 truths and 1 lie.
Was then asked by interviewer if I remembered the info provided by one of the other candidates on the call.
After that we could ask the interviewer questions and that was the end of the interview.
If you pass this interview then you are invited to the assessment centre. (Have not yet heard if I was successful or not).
Seems a strange and not very effective way to run a recruitment process. Some people may enjoy the process, I spent the entire interview wanting to jump out a window.
