The interview process was: 30 minute informal Zoom meeting.
2 hour face to face interview. I was given a list of the questions to look through before it started. The questions focused on family life, personal interests, career so far and ambitions and skills and aptitude.
I did a trial shift to make sure it was right for me.

I can’t remember the specific questions. There was a wide range of questions. They looked at attitude and behaviours to make sure I was a good fit for the team and the culture of the business.
