The phone interview with a recruiter is just them getting to know a little bit about you such as when is your graduation date. No behavior questions during the phone interview. 2nd interview consists of 2 back-to-back interviews. First one was with 2 partners, they didn't ask any technical questions. We just had casual conversation and no behavior questions either. The 2nd back-to-back was with a partner and a manager, but the manager was busy with a client. The partner asked me 3 behavior questions but it wasn't anything hard.
