The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Armanino (New York, NY) in Feb 2019
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter for an opening.
Quick 20 minute phone call with the individual. From there I was iinvitedimmediately to meet a Sr. Manager at the firm the very next week. Met with the Sr. Mgr spent 30 or 45 minutes talking, went by in the blink of an eye. He was really nice, did not discuss my resume at all he just told me to give some background on myself and it just led to a smooth conversation about experiences he had, and travel! After the meeting they gave me an accounting exam, really easy if you have done GL work and know BS, IS, CFS inside out.
Received a call an hour later inviting me to meet a Director and Managing Director. Both individuals were really down to earth and easy to chat with. Only one asked me anything relating to my resume and it was why was I looking to leave my current company. Overall I could have gone on talking with them for the rest of the day. Easy laid back experience.
Left and received an offer a couple hours after the final interview. Apparently there pay scale is not negotiable, in the end we were unable to come to an agreement regarding total compensation but the overall interviewing experience was not bad.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
why are you looking to leave your current company?
pretty easy got a phone call and 2 zoom calls with a director and a managing director. a lot of casing questions but it wasn't that hard in general. would highly recommend looking up armanino as a company as a whole because it's unique especially if you are going through the s/t process
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Armanino in Dec 2022
Interview
Easy and casual, mostly focused on technical skills and concepts. Multiple rounds and process was pretty fast. Overall turn around was probably over 3 weeks. Met with the recruiter, director, manager, and leader of the team.

Interview
A series of zoom interviews with about 6 people in different rooms, wasn’t intimidating at all. Heard back rather quickly. You have to take a knowledge test but pretty straightforward. Basic accounting questions.
