Had a 30-minute call with a recruiter, followed by a one-hour online interview with the line manager and a team member. After the interview, I followed up by email and shared a small project I built based on a topic we discussed during the interview. I never received any response. There was no follow-up at all from Arm, even after contacting the recruiter twice. Not a single word. This level of disregard for candidates is so disappointing and certainly doesn't inspire confidence that this is a company with a healthy or respectful culture to work in!
