Interview
Very structured and thorough, competency style interview, presentation skills tested. Probably the most challenging but rewarding interview process that stretched me but also tested and built my confidence. My only recommendation would be to give a little more context to candidates as there are so many different cultures and operational challenges within this diverse organisation.
