Interview
Screening - 1st round of tests - 2nd round of tests - Video interview - AC - offer/no offer.
The selection process is straightforward for graduates : 1. You must know someone who can vouch for your performance 2. Your academic records must be excellent. Otherwise, you have no chance to pass through the process. Nothing else matters, even if you have great past work experience in large companies and a lot of achievements - it is disregarded. (check current graduates on linkedin - many have some few months of work experience and nothing more). It is very hard to predict the outcome of the selection as it is peronally/politically driven. Recruitment team doesn't focus on motivation as they claim on the website, it is all about your credentials.
My recommendation to future applicants: don't spend time on CL - they probably don't read those, try to put as many brand name companies on your CV as possible and find someone who can recommend you. Don't waste time on filling in online questionnaire, it will not matter anyway. As everywhere they spend 10 sec looking at your CV where they want to find big names + looking at transcripts to grade you accordingly.

Interview
Very organized and well thought recruitment process although very extensive and time consuming. Less business oriented than expected, which is surprising considering that the last round consisted of two "business cases".
The first interview was online and you were presented with several already filmed interview questions. After every question, you had approximately 10 seconds to gather your thoughts before you had to answer the question. If moving on from one question to the next it was no longer possible to replay your answer or to ultimately change your answer - so you had to be precise in the time given for every answer.
