Also, they had you fill out your financial forms for direct deposit and internal revenue forms. I thought this was a great, at getting a head start getting in the organization.

Straightforward interview with a committee asking a variety of typical performance based interview questions, a couple of direct care knowledge questions, and a couple of case management questions along with scenarios where you are asked what you would do first, or how would you treat X patient.
