I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield (Little Rock, AR) in Jun 2019
Interview
About a week after applying for the position, I received an assessment link to click on and take various skills and behavioral tests. 4 days later, I received an email with a request to set up an initial phone interview which happened a few days later. About 10 days or so after that, I received an invitation (via email) to attend an information session with other applicants to meet the supervisors and find out more about the position. 3 days after that I was contacted by email to select a time for a panel interview, which I did on location 3 days after that.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The phone interview consisted of 3 questions that all began with "tell me about a time when ..." relating to specific scenarios dealing with customers.
The panel interview is more complex. Questions will be mostly behavioral and the interviewers are definitely looking for STAR technique answers. Example: Tell me about a time when you failed to meet a deadline, and what were the consequences.

Interview
I applied for the position on May 3rd. A week later received email for assessment (May 10). I received an email 5 days (May 15) after finishing the assessment for an interview with a recruiter (May 19). The interview consisted of about 5-7 questions and was given all of the details about the job position and the company. I received an email on May 31 to interview with 4 supervisors on June 8. After my interview with the supervisors (lasted about an hour), I received an email on June 12 with a job offer letter and a call detailing who my supervisor is, pay, training start date, schedule, etc. I completed my drug and background screenings 06/14. I was notified 06/27 about passing both screenings and to retain my start date of 07/16/2018.
