I interviewed with one person in HR first to learn about the position. Then I had a panel interview with another HR person, manager, and another tech writer to discuss my skills, tasks, abilities, and results.

Interview
Met with subject matter experts and the head of the department and a representative from HR. The interview was relaxed. They had a list of standardized questions. They asked me how I would document a process and how I would manage the documents. They were very informative about the job and the company.
