I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Arizona Managing Partners (Tempe, AZ) in May 2016
Interview
I came in for a brief screening interview and then received a second interview immediately that was happening that same day. Typical interview questions nothing too difficult. They are looking for people that are personable and can hold a conversation. I was offered the position that same day, but turned it down because commission based pay would not work for me. I absolutely loved the work environment and people, even the front desk staff seemed delightful.

What about your past experience makes you interested in sales?

Interview
One of the best interviews I have ever been on. They made me feel so comfortable and I could feel they genuinely wanted to get to know me. We had a conversation as opposed to interviews where someone just fires off a bunch of questions and then tells you they will call you. The position is competitive and they are very selective. It may look like they are interviewing a ton, but they definitely are not hiring a ton. Very respectful and professional, while still being fun at the same time.

Interview
Consisted of three interviews. The first one was a short 5-10 minutes with one person mostly just checking if you can be social and hold a conversation. Mostly personal questions like hobbies and your skills. Also a bit on work experience. If you pass this interview they tell you right away if you're invited for a second interview, which for me was 2 hours later.
For the second interview you get taken out for coffee for a one-on-one with an account executive. It is a very personal interview where you get to know them pretty well. They ask you your story, they tell you theirs, and you discuss the job very in depth, including the career plan, benefits, pay, etc. Felt very organic, like a conversation with a close acquaintance and I assume it's a slightly different experience for everyone.
Finally when you get back you get another one-on-one with a higher up person where they ask a couple of questions about your process that day and what you think, and give you a final chance to ask questions about the job.
