Arizona Department of Public Safety Applications Developer Java interview questions

It's essentially 2 parts, before you wait for the lengthy background check. If selected you wait for a lengthy background check which also includes a polygraph test and drug test. Part one is a written test, multiple choice. This is very easy if you are a college CS grad with even just a little bit of experience. I don't think you'll even need to study for this test. Part 2 is what they call QAB (Quality Assurance Board). 3 or 4 people will interview you. What they actually do is have questions on an index card in front of each of them, and take turns asking you a question. You're job is to answer the question. There is no feedback from them, they're actually not allowed to say anything to you other than asking the question (strange format, yes). Once again, technical questions are not hard, if you're a competent develolper, with even just a few years of experience, it should be very easy for you.
