Interviewed with a recruiter in-store. I was reached out through email first to schedule an appointment, I applied online and in-store. It was very conversational, laid-back, recruiter just wanted to get to know you, what you like, your passions, etc -- to get to know you.
Asked the basic questions about myself and then asked who are my fashion inspirations. They also asked me customer based situations and how I would response. Definitely also teamwork questions.

Question 1
What would you do in so and so situation with a customer
I was interviewed in the middle of the store on the poufs during a very busy rush of customers. During the interview, expect to be in the middle of it all!
Mostly a “vibe check” — maybe a few basic interview questions but mostly want to see if your personality and fashion align with the brand. Only real tip is to dress fashionably in your own personal style, and try to wear mostly Aritzia pieces.
