3 stages. HR, Team, Hiring Manager.
First was brief and okay.
Second was with 2 team members. It was 1 hour and was professional.
But the third... The hiring manager cut the time in half and did not ask me a single question (truly). It was all me asking questions, and her answers were not good. I asked what she was most proud of after 1 year, expecting something related to EBIDTA etc as they are focused on post-merger strategy, but it was "redefining the why" for her team. For a post-merger integration mandate, it should be pretty obvious what the "why" of her team is. She just delivered corporate jargon to obfuscate a lack of education/knowledge. But I played along and asked more questions.
Then, I was GHOSTED. I had followed up with the HR person in the normal way, he ignored me. So I followed up with the hiring manager, and genuinely got an out of office that said "in an emergency dial 911". I suspected she was juvenile, but that is next level. So after a month I emailed and copied in the CEOs, Heads of HR etc. What would you know, then I got a response, and an apology.
Essentially, this is not a company you want to work for. It's full of virtue signalling nonsense and poor performers. If you read other reviews, it is obvious to see.
