i went there tow or three times, the manager was not there,
So when he saw me ( as he heard about me) the intreview started straight away
he asked me why do you want to work for us?

The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability
