Initial HR/Recruiter Interview • Format: Phone call or video call (15–30 minutes) • Purpose: To discuss your background, understand your career goals, assess communication skills, and verify resume details. ⸻ 4. Technical/Skill Assessment (if applicable) • Format: Online test, coding challenge, or case study. • Purpose: To evaluate your problem-solving abilities, technical proficiency, or domain knowledge. ⸻ 5. Technical Interview(s) • Format: One-on-one or panel interviews (virtual or in-person) • Content: Questions about algorithms, data structures, system design, project experience, tools, and technologies relevant to the role. • Tip: Expect whiteboard coding or screen sharing for live problem-solving. ⸻ 6. Behavioral/Managerial Interview • Format: Conversational • Content: STAR-based (Situation, Task, Action, Result) questions to assess your soft skills, teamwork, leadership, and cultural fit. • Interviewer: A manager, senior team member, or HR. ⸻ 7. Final Interview / On-site Interview (if applicable) • What happens: A deeper evaluation involving multiple team members or higher management. • May include: Presentations, group discussions, or job simulations. ⸻ 8.
