I spoke with several employees, president, manager, other MCM's, and tech help. Good two way interview. Very professional. The interview was on Zoom . Interview within a few days. President direct and to the point describing her expectations. She put the intervene at ease letting the MCM know her expectations.

Thank you. We do try to be direct and to the point so that new team members will have a clear picture of workers' compensation case management. This is a very legalistic and challenging field of nursing and is definitely not for everyone. I appreciate your feedback.
