Very basic interview simply questions what do you know about Ardent and so on. Issue was around advertising top wage as £30480 and reconfirmed this in interview. But when they rang to offer me role advised top wage was only £29000 which they were still not happy to offer me. They offered me £28940 when question this advised only £60 off max wage,I advise that's incorrect due to advertising £30480 which she confirmed in interview. As she was saying that's incorrect and explaining why she hing up on me. Not a very good show of faith advertising a wage they won't give you, just to get more applicants.
