Archetype Group interview questions

CV and Cover letter issued to the Project Director, interview followed the week after. I met 3 persons from the top management, normal interview question. They were looking more at personal skills than the technical.

I got to the appointment 10 min earlier so I waited for the construction manager to come. When the meeting started, he asked me about my experience in the construction field, my capability to work with engineering software, etc.
