The interview process comprised two detailed rounds:
First Round – Technical Discussion with Business Head:
Conducted by the Business Head, focusing on my technical background, domain expertise, and experience in industrial automation, IIoT, and digital transformation.
The discussion also covered project management exposure, client engagement, and my understanding of aligning technical solutions with business outcomes.
Second Round – Technical Presentation on OT Cybersecurity:
This round involved a real-world problem statement related to OT cybersecurity in power reactor environments.
Conducted in front of a panel of six senior technical experts, the session required me to analyze the challenge, propose an architecture, and present mitigation strategies to ensure system resilience, network segmentation, and secure data flow between IT and OT layers.
The evaluation focused on technical accuracy, problem-solving approach, security architecture understanding, and clarity of presentation.
Overall, the process was rigorous and insightful, aimed at evaluating both technical depth and practical application of OT cybersecurity principles in critical infrastructure scenarios.
