it more of a conversation than an interview basically you have to sell yourself outside of the resume. They may ask one or two questions about your resume for additional information but it more of a selling point

Phone Calls and text messages. Lots of back and forth communication. Also lots of emails reminding me to finish my application. Seems to be a decent fit for what I am looking for. Though I will need more pay aside from just sales.
