At first no one turned up in scheduled interview and it was postponed, later after a week it was conducted and I think the overall interview went well. The CEO confirmed the joining and told they will get back. Had a brief discussion with the HR and they confirmed that they will get back soon. It's now going to be a month and they are just avoiding to give any response. There should be basic professionalism to get back to the candidate with either a positive / negative feedback which is very essential for the candidate to understand what went well and what went wrong in the interview. I think I wasted my time.
